Das Portal eCamping.at ist unter Internetadresse www.ecamping.at durch das Weltcomputernetz Internet verfügbar. Der Campbesitzer hat Möglichkeit sein Campingplatz mittels der Registrierung in die Datenbank einzufügen, wobei er eigene Anmeldeangaben eingibt, und dann füllt er alle Campangaben aus. Dieser neue Campingplatz wird nach der Kontrolle und Campabstimmung öffentlich dargestellt. Der Besitzer ist befugt die gegebenen Campangaben jederzeit zu aktualisieren, zu verändern oder die Registrierung aufzuheben. Die Campeinfügung in die Datenbank ist gratis. Der Einleger verpflichtet sich dazu, dass alle Angaben, die er bei der Registrierung anführt, wahr sind, ansonst ist der Betreiber befugt den Campingplatz öffentlich nicht darzustellen oder ihn zu löschen. Die eingefügten Angaben d.h. Texte, Bild- und Grafikmaterial müssen sich im Einklang mit den geltenden Rechtsvorschriften des Landes, mit guten Sitten und mit anderen Rechten befinden. Einige hier verwendeten Daten und Grafiken können Marken- oder Warenzeichen im Besitze ihrer rechtlichen Eigentümer sein. Die Rechte aller erwähnten und benutzten Marken- und Warenzeichen liegen ausschließlich bei deren Besitzern.

Erklärung des Betreibers

Der Betreiber hat Recht alle Beiträge oder vom Campeinleger eingegebene Angaben, die im Widerspruch zu geltenden Rechtsvorschriften, zu guten Sitten stehen oder die den Betreiberinteressen nicht übereinstimmen, zu löschen oder nicht zu veröffentlichen. Wenn der Einleger Pflichtverletzung begeht, ist der Betreiber befugt seine eingegebenen Daten zu löschen und zwar ohne Entschädigung. Der Serverbetreiber ist nicht verantwortlich sowohl für Fremdinhalte, zu denen er nur den Zugang vermittelt, als auch für Fremdinhalte im Portal direkt. Es handelt sich vor allem um: Links auf Seiten der anderen Subjekten, die im Portal platziert sind, Inhalt der Webseiten, auf die im Portal verlinkt wird und die durch das Portal besucht werden können, Links auf Werbung, bzw. andere Form der Marketingkommunikation, die von anderen Subjekten durch das Portal ausgeübt wird, Mitteilungsinhalte, die Portalbenutzer durch den Server tauschen. Der Serverbetreiber ist nicht verantwortlich sowohl für unmittelbare und mittelbare Schaden, die in Zusammenhang mit Anschließen und Anwenden dieser Webseiten entstehen können und als auch für Schaden, die auf Grund ihrer Teil- oder/und Vollfunktionsunfähigkeit entstehen können. Der Betreiber ist nicht verantwortlich für eventuelle Schadenersatzansprüche der anderen Subjekte, die anhand der vom Einleger veröffentlichten Angaben in diesem Portal entstehen können. Benutzer des Portals

Durch den Eingang ins Portal stimmt der Benutzer mit der Betriebsordnung des Servers überein. Benutzer dürfen keine Informationen, die auf dieser Webseite geleistet sind, für illegale Zwecke laut der Rechtsordnung des Landes verwenden, in dem der Benutzer tätig ist oder in dem dieses Angebot und diese Informationen verwendet werden. Der Betreiber verpflichtet sich, dass keine vom Einleger zu Registrierungszwecken eingegebenen Angaben im Portal den anderen Subjekten geboten werden und dass sie auch anders nicht missbraucht werden, und dass es mit diesen Angaben im Einklang mit geltenden Rechtsvorschriften behandelt wird. Der Einleger verschiedener Daten ins Portal stimmt damit überein, dass der Betreiber befugt ist, dem Einleger Auskunftsmaterial über Dienstbetrieb im Server und über zusammenhängende Dienste zu schicken. Der Campeinleger hat kein Recht die Darstellung des von ihm eingefügten Campingplatzes reklamieren, besonders wenn es sich um Unterbrechung der Funktionsfähigkeit des Servers handelt. Benutzer, der eine Anfrage schickt oder einen Kommentar einlegt, verpflichtet sich, dass die Anfrage oder der Kommentar Erholung in dieser Einrichtung betrifft, übrigens stimmt er damit überein, dass der Betreiber befugt ist, per E-Mail, das in der Anfrage verwendet wurde, Informationsmaterialien zu schicken, jedoch nicht mehr als 1x pro Monat. The depositor undertakes that all the data he uploads to the server is true, otherwise the operator has the right not to display the data to the public or delete them. The depositor is responsible for all data uploaded, i.e. text, images and graphics. Depositor is responsible for the fact that the data entered are in accordance with the legal regulations, good morals, copyright and other rights. The operator is not liable for any infringement of copyright or other rights by the depositor.
Entered texts and images can not contain links to commercial sites or servers, except for the facility's own site. The depositor undertakes, not to operate in any way with data uploaded by others or to attempt to access non-public parts of the server to which he is not authorized.

User of server

A user is any person who accesses this server available on the Internet computer network. The user may be a legal or natural person, as a business or non-business entity, regardless of where he accesses the server from. In especially whitch includes: links to third-party websites, content of websites belonging to third parties that can be visited via the server, advertising or any other form of marketing communication provided by any third party via the server, the content of communications exchanged between users via the server. The operator of this server is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the connection to and use of this server, and for damages arising from the partial and/or complete non-functionality. The operator is not responsible for the truthfulness, content and form of the content of this server. The use of this server, including its content, is at the user's own risk. By inserting the facility into the database, the depositor agrees that the operator is entitled to send him information and service information concerning the operation of the server , its equipment and related services or third-party content, and that any data entered, such as texts, images, may be placed on the Facebook page of this server. The depositor of the facility does not have the right to complain about the display or reservation/booking for the facility deposited by him, e.g. if there is an interruption in the functionality of the server. The depositor or owner of the respective facility has the right to request the modification or deletion of the facility data at any time. The operator has the right to keep the data publicly accessible. Inserting facilities into the catalogue/server is free of charge. The Operator undertakes that all data entered by the depositor on the server will be treated in accordance with applicable law. This does not affect the right of the operator to use the data for the provision of services to third parties, server development or information to the depositor. The user who enters an email and/or telephone and/or name or other contact details on the server agrees that these may be stored for the periods specified below. A user who engages in commercial activity and enters a business or registered office address, registration number/ID number or other information about his/her business agrees that the operator will store this data for the duration of the use of the server and further for up to 5 years after cancellation of registration on the server, in order to enable the registration to be renewed. The operator does not process or evaluate the above data. When using this server, some online identifier may be stored and used together with the above data to protect our rights, ensuring the security of our systems and networks from external attacks and misuse or illegal actions by users. A user who enters any of the above data agrees that it may be stored for up to 10 years for the purposes set out in these terms and conditions. The user or depositor agrees that on the inserted email can be sent content related to the content and operation of this server, further used for occasional sending of newsletters, business offers, soliciting user's opinion or content originating from a third party. The user may request deletion/change of the above data and/or modification/cancellation of the above consent by sending a request to our email address.
